DirectOffices provides an online platform that connects office space owners ("Hosts") with individuals or entities seeking to book such spaces ("Guests"). We are not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and Guests.

3. Terms for Hosts

As a Host, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, setting the price, and defining the rules for your space. You must have the legal right to rent out the property you list. You agree to honor all bookings made through the platform.

4. Terms for Guests

As a Guest, you agree to pay for the bookings you make and to follow the Host's rules. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectOffices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
