Flexible Cancellation Options
We understand that plans can change. That's why we offer a range of cancellation policies to provide you with the flexibility and peace of mind you need to book with confidence.
Flexible
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in. If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, the first day is non-refundable, but you will be refunded for the remaining days.
Moderate
Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. If you cancel after that, you get a 50% refund for all days booked, excluding the service fee.
Strict
Full refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, as long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away. After that, no refunds are provided.
